Lead and oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth execution of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Drive outlet sales performance through strong leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Maintain consistency in brand standards, food safety, hygiene, and visual presentation.
Optimise staffing levels, scheduling, and team productivity in line with business needs.
Monitor cost control, wastage, and inventory accuracy to achieve financial targets.
Build and develop a motivated team through training, mentorship, and continuous feedback.
Resolve guest concerns promptly with empathy and ownership, ensuring positive brand experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Procurement, Projects) to achieve outlet and company goals.
Ensure compliance with all operational SOPs, company policies, and UAE labour and safety regulations.
Participate in audits, reports, and operational reviews to identify improvement opportunities.

Joud Coffee (“Joud”) was founded in 2015 with the mission of introducing speciality coffee to Abu Dhabi.
After opening our first cafe in the Al Bateen, we have expanded to neighbourhoods across the city where each location offers a uniquely designed space for our community to gather and experience our delicious food, pastry, and coffee offerings.
We are proud to roast our beans in small batches at our roasting facility in Abu Dhabi, sourcing them through ethical and sustainable direct trade partnerships that connect us to coffee growers and traders around the globe.
Today, Joud has its presence in more than 11 locations and continues to grow within the region.
