Join our Hot Kitchen team to craft flavorful dishes with precision and passion. Deliver consistency, quality, and creativity while ensuring every plate delights our guests.
Prepare and cook hot kitchen menu items to brand standards, ensuring taste, portion, and presentation consistency.
Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and quality guidelines while maintaining consistency across all dishes.
Set up, operate, and clean assigned hot kitchen stations (grill, sauté, fryer, etc.) efficiently during service.
Maintain high levels of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation in line with HACCP standards.
Monitor ingredients, minimise wastage, and report shortages or excess stock to supervisors.
Work closely with colleagues across kitchen sections to ensure smooth service and timely order delivery.
Safely operate, clean, and maintain hot kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, etc.).
Support new team members by sharing knowledge, techniques, and ensuring compliance with kitchen standards.
Assist in other kitchen areas when required and adapt to changes in menu or service requirements.
Ensure every dish served enhances the guest experience by meeting high-quality standards.

Joud Coffee (“Joud”) was founded in 2015 with the mission of introducing speciality coffee to Abu Dhabi.
After opening our first cafe in the Al Bateen, we have expanded to neighbourhoods across the city where each location offers a uniquely designed space for our community to gather and experience our delicious food, pastry, and coffee offerings.
We are proud to roast our beans in small batches at our roasting facility in Abu Dhabi, sourcing them through ethical and sustainable direct trade partnerships that connect us to coffee growers and traders around the globe.
Today, Joud has its presence in more than 11 locations and continues to grow within the region.
