Joud is looking for an experienced Aggregator Sales Manager to take ownership of our third-party delivery business across Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Keeta and noon Food.
The role is commercially focused. You will be responsible for growing aggregator sales profitably by improving visibility, conversion, average order value, promotions, paid marketing, customer ratings and overall platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
Own sales performance across Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Keeta and noon Food.
Set and monitor sales, order and AOV targets by platform and outlet.
Analyse performance to identify why sales are growing or declining and develop corrective action plans.
Manage aggregator marketing including CPC campaigns, sponsored listings, banners, platform campaigns, discounts, bundles and promotional mechanics.
Monitor advertising spend, campaign ROAS and customer acquisition performance.
Improve Joud's visibility and ranking across aggregator search, categories and recommendation surfaces.
Regularly review how Joud appears for searches such as coffee, breakfast, matcha, bakery, sandwiches and açaí.
Manage aggregator menu performance including category structure, product positioning, pricing, photography, descriptions, modifiers and upselling.
Develop bundles and offers designed to increase conversion and basket size.
Monitor ratings, reviews, refunds and customer feedback and work with Operations to resolve recurring issues.
Monitor aggregator operational KPIs including availability, rejected orders, preparation time, cancellations and out-of-stock products where these affect sales.
Manage relationships with aggregator account managers and negotiate campaign support, visibility, platform funding and commercial opportunities.
Build regular performance reports covering sales, marketing, conversion, customer behaviour and channel profitability.
What We Are Looking For
We are specifically looking for someone with direct experience managing restaurant aggregator channels.
You should have hands-on experience with several of the following:
Talabat • Deliveroo • Careem • Keeta • noon Food
You should understand:
Aggregator sales and performance dashboards.
CPC and sponsored advertising.
Promotions and discount mechanics.
Platform campaigns and banner placements.
Menu conversion and digital menu merchandising.
Platform ranking and visibility.
Average order value and basket building.
Ratings and reviews.
New versus repeat customer behaviour.
Aggregator commissions and channel profitability.
Outlet availability, cancellations, refunds and operational performance.
Experience managing aggregator sales across a multi-outlet restaurant or F&B business is strongly preferred.

What operational issues are costing us aggregator sales?
What should we change next week to grow the channel?
