Marketing Executive
Execution-first Marketing Executive. Own calendars, trackers, coordination, community (DMs/reviews), and on-ground activation support—so campaigns ship on time across all outlets.
Role Summary
We’re hiring a hands-on Marketing Executive to support our in-house marketing team with execution, coordination, and community management. This role is about getting work shipped: tracking deliverables, routing assets, supporting influencer logistics and activations, and responding to customer messages/reviews in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
1) Campaign & team coordination
Maintain a master marketing calendar (campaigns, launches, shoots, influencer drops, activations).
Build and maintain trackers (tasks, owners, deadlines, status).
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables move—no missed deadlines, no ambiguity.
Prepare weekly status updates for the Marketing Director (done / blocked / delayed / decisions needed).
2) Content + asset “traffic control”
Coordinate asset handoffs between Branding, Content Studio, Social, and UGC.
Track versions, approvals, and final exports (right format, right platform specs, right deadline).
Maintain an organized asset library (folder structure, naming, campaign tags, usage rights notes).
3) Community management (Arabic-first)
Respond to Instagram DMs/comments and Google reviews in Arabic (and English when needed).
Escalate complaints/issues to Operations with clear context and follow-up until resolved.
Maintain a simple customer issues log (themes, outlet, resolution, recurring problems).
Protect brand tone: calm, professional, fast, and solutions-oriented.
4) Influencer/UGC coordination support
Support gifting/seeding logistics: lists, briefing packs, deliveries, follow-ups.
Track creator deliverables (posting dates, links, content received, usage permissions).
Collect and organize UGC for reuse by Social/Content Studio.
5) Activations & on-ground support
Support launches and activations (invite lists/RSVPs, vendor coordination, on-site execution help).
Coordinate with outlets to ensure signage/assets are placed correctly and on time.
Requirements
Arabic is mandatory (reading/writing/speaking). English is required.
2–4 years experience as a Marketing Executive / Marketing Coordinator / Campaign Coordinator (F&B/hospitality/retail or agency).
Strong organization and follow-through (you track, chase, close loops).
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (trackers, lists, timelines).
Comfortable with Instagram workflows; familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Google Business Profile is a plus.
Willing to be on-site for shoots/activations and visit outlets as needed.
Detail-oriented and quality-focused (no sloppy posting, wrong assets, or missed approvals).
Nice to Have
Experience coordinating influencer/UGC campaigns.
Experience supporting events/activations.
Familiarity with project tools (Wrike / Asana / Monday / Notion).
UAE driving license (preferred).
How Success Is Measured
Campaign deliverables shipped on time (calendar and tracker discipline).
Faster approvals and cleaner asset handoffs (less rework, fewer last-minute scrambles).
Community response quality: fast response time, proper escalation, issues closed.
UGC/influencer tracking is complete (links, content saved, rights noted).
To Apply
Send your CV + answer:
One campaign you coordinated end-to-end (what you tracked and how).
Your Arabic/English proficiency level.
Tools you’ve used (Sheets/Excel, Meta Business Suite, project tools, etc.).
