PRO / Government Relations Executive (Arabic Speaker)
Arabic-speaking PRO to manage MOHRE & immigration fully online (MOHRE/ICP/GDRFA/TAMM). Fast, accurate, compliant—no typing centers except when legally required.
Job Description
About the role
We’re hiring an Arabic-speaking PRO / Government Relations Executive who is digital-first and highly organized. Your mission is to run all government transactions through official online portals and apps (not typing centers), keep our company compliant, and ensure employees’ visa/labour processes move fast with zero mistakes.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end MOHRE transactions via official e-services (work permits, amendments, cancellations, approvals, etc.).
Manage immigration & residency processes via ICP / GDRFA portals and apps (entry permits, status change, visa renewals/cancellations, dependents).
Book and coordinate required medical fitness and Emirates ID biometrics appointments; track completion and deadlines.
Maintain and update company files and compliance documents (establishment/immigration file, employee visa trackers, expiry calendars).
Prepare and submit documents correctly (Arabic/English), ensure proper formatting, scanning, uploads, and naming conventions.
Handle attestation / legalisation coordination (MOFA and related requirements) and follow up until completion.
Liaise with relevant government authorities and service channels only when in-person is mandatory (e.g., biometrics/medical/original document submission).
Provide weekly status reporting: pending cases, upcoming expiries, rejections/issues, turnaround times, and costs.
What we’re looking for
Fluent Arabic (spoken + reading/writing) is mandatory; good English is strongly preferred.
3+ years UAE PRO experience (mainland and/or free zone).
Strong hands-on capability using online systems/apps (MOHRE e-services, ICP/GDRFA, TAMM where applicable).
Extremely detail-oriented, fast, and reliable—able to manage multiple cases with zero-error discipline.
Strong documentation and tracking skills (Excel/Google Sheets), clean admin habits, and clear communication.
Knowledge of UAE labour/immigration workflows, timelines, and common rejection reasons.
Nice to have
Experience supporting multi-site operations (F&B/retail/hospitality).
UAE driving license.
What success looks like
Transactions are submitted correctly the first time, rejections are rare, and visa/labour processes move quickly.
Clear tracking and proactive reminders—no missed renewals, no last-minute surprises.
