We’re hiring for two roles
Front of House Supervisor
Waiter / Waitress

1) Front of House Supervisor
Role Overview
You’ll lead shifts end-to-end, coach the team, and keep service smooth, fast, and guest-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily shifts: opening, service flow, and closing routines
Run the floor: seating, table turns, cleanliness, timing, and guest recovery
Coach and guide the team on menu knowledge, service steps, and upselling
Handle guest issues professionally and quickly
Coordinate with BOH/bar to keep ticket flow and pickup timing consistent
Ensure SOPs are followed (hygiene, cash handling, checklists, standards)
Maintain grooming, discipline, and a strong service culture on shift
Requirements
3+ years in hospitality/service with supervisor/shift lead experience
Strong table service fundamentals and confident guest communication
Comfortable with POS and basic end-of-shift checks
Strong English (Arabic is a plus)
Flexible with weekends and peak hours
2) Waiter / Waitress
Role Overview
You’ll deliver standout table service: warm welcome, accurate ordering, smooth timing, and a clean station—especially during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests, guide them through the menu, and take accurate orders
Deliver food/beverages with correct timing and presentation
Check back, anticipate needs, and resolve issues early
Upsell naturally: best-sellers, add-ons, and pairings (helpful, not pushy)
Keep your station clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
Coordinate with BOH/bar for smooth service and correct pickups
Follow SOPs, hygiene standards, and grooming requirements
Requirements
1–3+ years waiter/waitress experience in café/restaurant service
Hospitality mindset: warm, respectful, and guest-focused
Strong English (Arabic is a plus)
Fast, organized, calm under pressure, and a team player
Flexible with weekends and peak hours
