Key Account Executive
As a Key Account Executive, you'll build strong client relationships, drive strategic partnerships, and ensure exceptional service—fueling Joud Coffee’s growth across key business channels.
Identify and approach potential B2B clients, including corporate offices, hospitality venues, and retail chains.
Generate qualified sales leads through proactive outreach, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for all key account-related queries and concerns.
Conduct regular account reviews and develop growth strategies per account.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that communicate product value and alignment with client needs.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in line with company policy.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on performance metrics.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on evolving client preferences.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and brand activations relevant to the speciality coffee segment.
Represent the organisation in a professional, brand-aligned manner at all client meetings and public engagements.

Joud Coffee (“Joud”) was founded in 2015 with the mission of introducing speciality coffee to Abu Dhabi.
After opening our first cafe in the Al Bateen, we have expanded to neighbourhoods across the city where each location offers a uniquely designed space for our community to gather and experience our delicious food, pastry, and coffee offerings.
We are proud to roast our beans in small batches at our roasting facility in Abu Dhabi, sourcing them through ethical and sustainable direct trade partnerships that connect us to coffee growers and traders around the globe.
